History

Eleven years ago in 2012 we marked the 150th Anniversary Celebration of The Gorham Congregational Church.  Our theme was “Honoring the Past—Building the Future.” 

We honored God’s work among us in the past by inviting all former clergy to join with us in our Celebration Weekend September 22 and 23, 2012.  We wrote descriptions of strategic points in our history. 

Many people wrote the stories of our history and combined them with photographs to create a commemorative book.
